BBVA hosted its 14th annual Latin America Conference in New York this past week on 5 and 6 May, with an outstanding line-up of presenters and panellists. The economic and investment outlook has clearly changed in recent months, driven largely by shifts in US trade policy and the ripple effects across countries and markets. Our conference participants noted that while uncertainty had increased, there were definitely opportunities, particularly in Latin America, which may benefit from the coming shifts in global trade and manufacturing.
